The Guild policy on refunds is:

• up to 2 weeks prior to class, refund with no questions asked

• witin the 2 weeks before class, refund with severe personal situations such as funeral or illness, etc.

• a withdrawing student always has the option of applying their fee to a future class.

• Once a class has started, there will be no refunds.

• exception at the discretion of the BGCM Executive Board.
